The services included in each booking will depend on the customer's selected package and will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, or other written agreement.

You agree not to misuse the website, provide false or misleading information, interfere with the operation of the website, or copy or use our website content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
Information published on our website, including tour descriptions, photographs, itineraries, prices, availability, travel times, and other details, is provided for general information and may be changed or updated when necessary.
Our tours and travel packages may vary depending on the destination, season, supplier availability, weather conditions, local circumstances, and operational requirements.
The exact services included in your booking will be confirmed in your quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, or other written confirmation issued by AZERLANKA.

Additional services requested by the customer may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Prices displayed on our website or provided in a quotation may change until the booking has been confirmed.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and AZERLANKA has issued booking confirmation.
For standard bookings, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
